Purpose of Education

Today's economic and social conditions changing at the speed of light require us to adapt to our environment more effectively. At this point, it has become very important to manage the changes successfully within the institution. In this training, we will not only learn the cornerstones of change processes, but also get the chance to experience corporate change as if it were leading a real change, with a simulation developed by Harvard Business School on Change.

  • How can success be achieved if change processes are managed?

  • How were the steps in the change processes implemented in the HBS simulation?

  • Where do institutions go wrong most when managing their change processes?

  • What is the role of leaders in change processes?

  • Case study- Garanti Bank change process study

  • Experience in managing change with Harvard Business School simulation (Change Management Simulation: Power and Influence program) (phase 2)

  • Recalling the steps to be taken to bring our Change Management competence gains to life  will be provided.

Neşe Saruhan graduated from Boğaziçi University, Department of Psychology. After completing the Koç University MBA program, he joined Alcatel Kablo A.Ş. In 2001, he took a break from his business life and completed his diploma program on e-commerce at Loyola University to research innovations and work on e-commerce.


On his return to Turkey, he started to work as the Marketing Manager at Nexans (formerly Alcatel Kablo) İletişim Endüstri ve Ticaret A.Ş. Afterwards, he worked in different positions at Nexans İletişim Endüstri ve Ticaret A.Ş. as Marmara Region Sales Manager, Strategic Marketing and Business Development Manager and Deputy Sales Director. He completed his doctorate studies in Marmara University, Faculty of Business Administration, Department of Organizational Behavior, which he started during his business life, in 2013. He still gives lectures on Neuro Marketing, Corporate Change Management and Leadership at Bahçeşehir University and also gives trainings on Neuro Marketing, Neuro Sales and Neuro Leadership as ND Management Consultancy. It has PRISM Brain Mapping application certificate.


In addition, he provides training to increase concentration, focus and creativity by using the Neurosky “Mindwave” application, one of today's new generation technologies.
