Chemical Accident Response Team Training

Purpose of Education

Establishment of the "Chemical Substance Response Team" in the emergency plan, which will make the first response to a possible chemical spill that may occur during the storage, transportation and use of chemicals such as explosive, flammable, carcinogenic, irritant used or processed in any way,
It aims to enable this team to clean up chemical spills and spills, and to recognize and use appropriate equipment and personal protective equipment.

Education  target

The skills that the participants will gain at the end of the training;
 

  • Decontamination operation and procedures,

  • Points to be considered in the use and selection of personal protective equipment,

  • Using the fresh air device,

  • Intervention of chemical spills,

  • Operation of picking up and transporting the injured or trapped person from the scene during the spill of the chemical substance,

  • It includes the implementation of intervention and control operations for multiple injury cases throughout the enterprise as a result of the spillage of chemical substances.

Certification

Participants who are successful at the end of the training,
“CERTIFICATE OF TEAM TRAINING FOR INTERVENTION WITH CHEMICAL SUBSTANCES” will be given.                                

Training Period 1  is the day​

The training is a full day of practical training.

  • Practical training will be given in areas deemed appropriate by the occupational safety specialist and trainer within the business area.
