Purpose of Education
Participants; Reflections of the European Union Technical Legislation and EU Legislation on Turkey, to obtain information about the requirements of the Machinery Safety Regulation and to analyze the dangers in the machines in use in their enterprises, to evaluate the risks, to reduce the risks, to gain knowledge and skills in increasing the safety level.

They will learn about the European Union Technical Legislation on the Products and the Law No. 4703 on the Preparation and Implementation of the Technical Legislation Regarding the Products,
They will learn about the Machinery Safety Regulation and the conformity assessment process in machines,
Machinery-related standards and implementation of standards they will have knowledge about
They will learn about the methods to be followed in the new machines to be taken into their businesses, the machines they manufacture in their businesses, and the changes made in the machines,
They will learn about the Regulation on Health and Safety Conditions in the Use of Work Equipment,
They will gain knowledge and skills to analyze the hazards in the machines in their enterprises,
They will understand the risk assessment methods in machines and gain knowledge and skills in assessing risks,
They will have knowledge about risk reduction hierarchy in machines,
They will have information about machine guards and protection systems,
They will learn about control devices, operating instructions, warning and warning signs,
They will learn about methods of reducing noise and vibration risk.

Ali TURAN
He graduated from EskiÅŸehir State Engineering and Architecture Academy Mechanical Engineering Department in 1976. He worked as a site manager, workshop engineer, survey project, mechanization engineer, training planning and occupational safety chief engineer for over 30 years. He received training from the members of the European Union Machinery Committee on Machinery Safety and raising the safety levels of machines. He provided training and consultancy services on Risk Assessment, CE marking and technical file preparation in machinery. He received training on Scaffolding Safety and Safe Scaffolding Installation in Germany and the Netherlands. Vocational Qualifications Authority 'Scaffolding Installer and Occupational Health and Safety Staff' He worked on the preparation of occupational standards. He provided occupational safety risk assessment, training and consultancy services to many companies in the top 500 in Turkey. His articles were published in many corporate journals on risk assessment and presented papers at OHS congresses.
He provided training, guidance and support during the training process of many occupational safety experts. He provided training to more than 10,000 employees and managers on Occupational Health and Safety.
He has the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, Class A Occupational Safety Specialist and Occupational Physician and Occupational Safety Specialist Trainer certificates.
